McDonald's in Eckernforde

A MC Donalds like any other, only super fast. Unfortunately, depending on the situation, it can only be visited by car. However, the drive through the very sharp curve after the checkout gets a star deduction. I'm not a bad driver, but the curve raises size concerns and concerns about my rims.

The Mcdrive has tight curves!

Tastes how it should taste. Never a mistake in the issue (this happens very often at other branches). Incredibly quick food distribution. You order in the Mc Drive, drive around the corner and the order is usually ready within seconds. Often already while driving around the corner after paying.

Very overwhelmed employees. Something is always forgotten or you are asked 5 times what you have ordered. The last time the fries were missing. And when asked where they are, we had to wait 5 minutes again and the citizens were only lukewarm.

I can recommend it

Bad quality .... burgers are getting smaller and smaller ... right now waiting time to order and then you get that .... chaos ... you are asked several times what you have ordered ...

Waited forever for 20s chicken mc nuggets

Due to the pandemic only MC Drive. But that worked very well, food is brought to the car. Everything was reasonably hot and looked or tasted freshly prepared. There was nothing to complain about 🤗

Very rude staff member just because a scribbled self-written sign was not seen, followed by insults about reading ability. Air conditioning in the restaurant too low, frozen while eating with a jacket. However, food was fresh and warm. Cleanliness sporadically.

It's freezing cold when you sit downstairs! Either the heating didn't work, [or that's Corona-related cynical calculation, so people only buy to take away.] ^^ The fact that the interior is completely gray doesn't make it any cozier. : /

Service staff not really customer oriented. A common shortcoming of the small McDonalds branches.

Clean tables, good organization of the corona rules and the food was super quick at the table. In addition, no errors were built into the order and there were even a few extra gummy bears for the kids.

Absolutely unfriendly staff, which comes with stupid sayings. Then came the Fialleiter, even he couldn't get the order up and running.

Nice friendly service, the order was freshly made, which is the most important thing for me since there was no customer rush when I arrived. The burger had to be the way it was. Was very tasty, my son enjoyed it. The toilet facilities were clean. The shop was clean and well maintained. You can eat here, I would recommend this restaurant Therefore I like to give 5 out of 5 stars

McDonald's Eckernförde is rebuilding. Nice and very professional that you inform your customers also and not drive them to the store to determine then that is closed. Google says you've stopped. And even the advertising in Eckernförde (see picture) says nothing about a conversion. 21 billion US Doller turnover but no 50 € to inform the guests.

Chicken box is perfect

I was a bit sceptical when my husband asked me to stop over here. But it was not bad at all. We try a new menu: chicken box and it was not disappointed. The toilet was clean. Also the eating area. There was a staff worked as a cleaning service. The service was also friendly.
